45% of our produce is rosé wine, 30% is red wine, and 25% is white wine.
Our blends are based on six grape varieties: Roll, Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Ugni Blanc, Roussane and Syrah. The plants are rigorously selected, some using mass selection from one of the biggest nurseries.
The grapes are harvested by hand and turned into wine in the field, mostly in barrels. At each stage, we work as naturally as possible to retain the typical character of our land.
