Our extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from our olive groves and is free of any chemical products. Our oil is certified organic (certifying body – Qualisud). It is also certified by AOP Haute-Provence.
The oil is the product of cold-pressing our Aglandau olives in a mill which still uses stone grinding. We work with two types of oil: a green fruit for ardent lovers of the scents of grass and artichokes. These olives are harvested very early in the season, when they are still green.
We also offer a riper fruit, which is more subtle and softer on the palate, with flavours of dried fruits. For these two exceptionally refined oils, a few drops is enough to enhance your fish, pasta and vegetable dishes and cheese platters.
