This blend of Roll and Ugni Blanc, aged partly in barrels, gives rise to a full-bodied wine with delicate notes of white-fleshed fruits and a hint of vanilla.
The Didascalie cuvée is well-balanced, fresh and lively, with the suppleness of the Ugni Blanc - vines which are nearly 50 years old - and the freshness of Roll, with its citrus notes. Harvested by hand to make the most of the cool nights, the grapes are destemmed, pressed and placed in vats. Before blending, 50% will be aged for nine months in two-year-old barrels.
