Our wines are all produced in the Luberon region and respect the environment.
We produce 45% organic rosé wines, 30% organic red wines and 25% organic white wines. Our blends are made from 6 grape varieties:
Roll, Grenache noir, Cinsaut, Ugni blanc, Roussane and Syrah.
The plants are rigorously selected, some of them from a massal selection by one of the world’s leading nurserymen.
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified on the plot, mostly in barrels: at every stage, we work as naturally as possible to obtain the typicality of our terroir.
