We produce extra virgin organic olive oil exclusively from our own olive groves, free from all chemical additives. Our olive oil is certified organic (Organisme Certificateur – Qualisud).
It is also certified by the Haute-Provence PDO.
The oil is cold-pressed from our Aglandau olives in a mill that still uses stone millstones.
We produce two types of oil: a fruité vert for lovers of ardence, grassy fragrance and artichoke. The olives are picked very early in the season, while still green.
We also offer a riper fruité, more nuanced and softer on the palate, with dried fruit flavors. For these 2 very fine organic olive oils, just a few drops are enough to sublimate your fish, pasta, vegetables and cheeses.
