The Fruité Vert is characterised by herbaceous scents of freshly cut grass and raw artichoke, fiery and with a peppery finish.
Extracted from olives harvested at the end of October and beginning of November, and pressed within 24 hours using a stone-ground mill and a vertical press with pressing mats, our fruity green flavour will delight fans of lively olive oils.
